Percussion Ensemble

Percussion Ensemble (ages 9-16) offers drum students the opportunity to broaden their skills in areas of percussion including mallets (marimba, xylophone and bells), pitched and non-pitched percussion, drum set, and auxiliary instruments such as tambourine, triangle, guiro, cabasa, claves and the like.  

Students will be immersed in various musical styles including World Music, Rock, R&B, Funk and Jazz, to cultivate artistic expression, creativity, and achievement.

Performance held at the Music Training Center during the final class.  Select students may participate in a a school-wide concert at World Cafe Live.
