What is Music Explorers?
- Music Explorers gives children ages
3-1/2 to 5 age an introduction to the
essential foundations of music: pitch,
rhythm, reading music notation, and
expression. Many elements of elementary
music education standards are covered.
- Music Explorers is available either as a
group class, or as individualized private
lessons. Most children who complete the
curriculum will be ready for private lessons in
piano, voice, violin, guitar, or drums!
- Private lessons are held weekly, with
the parent encouraged to attend and
participate. Each lesson is 30 minutes
in length. Tuition is $27 per lesson.
Lessons follow a
4-level
curriculum covering rhythm, pitch, music notation, and
expression. To schedule private lessons please

- Group classes are fun-filled with
singing and learning of music skills using
small percussive instruments.
Parents are encouraged to attend and
participate along with their child. We
all parents to join the
class for the final 10 minutes for a
demonstration of what the children have
learned!
- Students may begin private lessons at
any time, or may begin a group class at the
start of any season
