Jazz Programs

Intro to Jazz (ages 9-16) is an entry-level introduction to playing in a jazz band for guitar, bass, drum, and piano students who have completed MTC's level 2 private lesson curriculum.  Students learn to play as a jazz band and perform at MTC's Ensemble Night.

Jazz Performance (ages 9-16) is for intermediate to advanced guitar, bass, drum, and piano students.  The band learns several jazz performance pieces and performs at MTC's Ensemble Night and at World Cafe Live.
