Joan King - Violin, Viola,
Cello
Joan
has a Master's Degree in Music from Julliard, and a Bachelor's
Degree in Music from The New School of Music in Philadelphia.
Joan has performed with many Orchestras and Operas throughout the United States
since 1971. Joan has been teaching Violin, Viola, and Cello since 1980
in the New York and Philadelphia area.
In addition to performing and
teaching in the classical methods, Joan also teaches Celtic (Irish and Scottish)
fiddling.
Joan teaches students ages 5 through adult.

Judy Marlowe - Violin

Judy is a professional violinist who has performed
extensively in the Philadelphia area playing with many symphony orchestras,
string orchestras, and chamber ensembles.
Judy
was a member of the Amado String Quartet for thirty years.
She has also performed in Philadelphia theater
productions of Phantom of the Opera, Les Miserables, and My Fair Lady.
Judy has taught violin in the
Philadelphia area for more than 20 years and has been on the faculty
of Settlement Music School, as well as the music
faculty of Springside School and Beaver College.
Judy teaches
students ages 5 through adult.

Paul Butler - Saxophone, Clarinet,
and Flute
Paul
embraces numerous styles, including jazz, Dixieland, chamber music, and Klezmer.
He holds a Bachelor of Music Education from Mansfield University. He served
as US-government-sponsored cultural ambassador to the middle east, bringing
jazz to multiple countries, including Syria, Morocco, and Tunisia.
Paul has over 20 years of teaching
experience, as well as extensive performance experience, including performances
with Grammy-nominated cellist David Darling.
