2009-2010 School Year

• Classes missed by students are not refunded or credited. 
  Due to differing content between classes, makeups are not possible.
   
• There is no credit or refund for the first class cancellation in each season due to instructor illness, snow, or power outages.  A cancelled class may be rescheduled at the teacher's discretion, if necessary to achieve the performance goals of the class, and based on student's availability. 
  
  If two or more classes are cancelled in the same season, students will receive a pro-rata credit towards a future season enrollment starting with the second class cancellation. 

Makin' Music

• Classes missed by students are not refunded or credited. 
  Makeups are possible in other classes - advance reservations are required.
   
• There is no credit or refund for the first class cancellation in each season due to instructor illness, snow, or power outages.
  
  If two or more classes are cancelled in the same season, students will receive a pro-rata credit towards a future season enrollment starting with the second class cancellation. 
  
  Students may make up cancelled classes on other days subject to availability.  Advance reservations are required for makeups due to class size limits (please call the school to reserve). 

Audio/Video

• Music Training Center routinely photographs or videotapes performances at our schools.
   
• Photos and video may be available for either free download, online viewing, distributed to students on DVD's, or available for purchase at a nominal cost.
   
• We publish photos and videos containing student's performances on our website, and in in newsletters, brochures, posters, and postcards.  By enrolling at our schools, you grant such permission without expectation of current or future compensation.  Students will not be identified by name in any of MTC's published photos or videos without the parent's consent (or the student's consent if over the age of 18). 
   
• If you would like to exclude yourself (or your child's) performances from being photographed and videotaped, please send a request to mail@musictraining.com and include the student's name and MTC location.  Upon receipt of your request, MTC will not record, publish, or make available to you any photos or recordings of the student's performances.

Student Conduct

• Music Training Center expects students to exhibit mature and appropriate conduct at all times within our schools.
   
• Students may be dismissed from the school without refund for any of the following reasons:  Disrespectful behavior towards other students or MTC's staff, profanity, abusiveness, harassment, unnecessary physical contact, roughhousing, damage to MTC's facility or property, or disregard of school policies.
